    Hi Geovana,
Sorry to hear of your dog having kidney failure. Yes, giving a warm bath helps with the circulation and so does placing a warm hot water bottle wrapped in a towel across their lower back. Massage and gentle exercise also increases the circulation which helps the kidneys. Diets lower in protein are also beneficial as well as fish oils and antioxidants. Add vegetables and fruits to his diet. I wish you all the best with your dog!
